great stay but slight noise issue

Our stay was delightful, especially the incredible service from the staff, who were attentive and friendly. The garden view from our deluxe room added a peaceful atmosphere to our experience.

We did experience slight noise from the airport in the early morning.

The evening live saxophonist in the lobby on New Year's Eve created a unique and calming ambiance that made our stay unforgettable.

Great hotel with excellent wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I recall my first stay when staff kindly helped with a wake-up call. You can't go wrong here-I'm coming back for a holiday!

The Royal Club rooms feature a spacious layout that's ideal for working and relaxing, along with great amenities like afternoon tea and happy hour. The hotel's location allows easy access to key points in the city, making it efficient for both business and leisure.

Housekeeping wasn't consistent, and I found remnants of previous guests' belongings, which raised hygiene concerns. Additionally, the breakfast buffet felt underwhelming, with burnt omelets and a lack of variety compared to similar hotels. Shuttle services only ran at set times, which didn't match my travel plans well.

Excellent gym facilities impressed me.

The persistent smoke smell in the lobby was unbearable. It overshadowed my entire experience there and made dining options uncomfortable. Moreover, the lack of shade by the pools was frustrating on hot days, leaving guests with no choice but to either scorch in the sun or stay indoors.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved the themed dinners and live entertainment at the terrace. The swimming pool area was also a great spot to relax. Just a heads up, some staff interactions could be hit or miss, so don’t let that dampen your mood.

I noticed the service wasn't as attentive as it used to be, which was disappointing.
